As you begin to attend your Group meetings (three per year), you will get to know the other Members in your Group, who are all striving to meet not only their own goals, but want to help you achieve yours, too!

Many of the Members in the Groups are experienced business owners, and you will sure to find that many of them have already been through the same situations that you may be experiencing in your business!

Cutting-Edge Training
There are three Group meetings scheduled per year. The purpose of these meetings is twofold:

To evaluate the host shop's business and facility To receive the latest, cutting-edge training available exclusively to
Group members. |
Meetings are "hosted" by the Member whose turn it is to be evaluated by the Group. These three-day meetings consist of a facility and business evaluation conducted by the Facilitator and fellow Group members as well as cutting-edge training workshops.

For Members Only
The training sessions received by Members at Group meetings are not available to anyone else in the industry. Thus, Members have a distinct advantage over their competition.

Industry-Specific Topics
The topics presented are industry-specific and geared towards improving your business. The topics are varied and range from business financial planning to marketing, employee relations to capital expenditures planning and much more! And because you have direct input on what training topics should be presented, you can be sure that the topics will definitely be relevant to you and your business.
