Every month you will receive a 30+ page very comprehensive financial composite which provides all of the financial and management data required to maintain total control of your business. You'll measure your performance to that of your Group, and to industry benchmarks.

Personal One-on-One Coaching

Your Facilitator is available to provide you as a Group member with individualized coaching on any aspect of your independent automotive repair business. In addition to the coaching there are many support materials also provided.

Regular Meetings
The Groups meet for 3 days, 3 times per year. The meetings take place in different cities in order to review facilities of the members involved. They are strictly business meetings with some socializing in the evenings.

On-going Support
The Group members work through different means to continue the support of each other in between meetings. You will be assigned a partner, along with your facilitator, that will work with you to help you continue the process of improving your business between meetings.
