Individual Goal Setting
Our Facilitators work to examine your individual goals (also help you with your goal setting) to help steer you to what you want to accomplish with your business and your life. Your fellow Group members work as your "Board of Directors" to give you insights to properly navigate your business through good times and bad. There is nothing more powerful than a well-directed team of minds that can help you focus on what is important for you and your business.
Shared Trust
Also because of the unique structure of the Groups all information about you stays within the Group process so that you can feel comfortable sharing all that you need to so that your peers and the facilitator can best help your business. Sometimes it is uncomfortable for new members to open
up about their businesses at first, but once they find that everyone in the Group is there to support and foster your business, members quickly act to reveal all about their business and realize how helpful the process can be. There is a tremendous amount of trust that is shared by the members of the Group.
Guidance
While there are no guarantees in life, our Group members see substantial growth in their businesses year after year if they are willing to make the necessary changes that are sometimes painful to complete. The support of the Group will give you courage to make the changes you need knowing that someone else has "lived it" and that the members and your facilitator are just a phone call away to guide you through the change.
Education
The Group meetings are structured to educate
the members through different controlled segments of the meeting as well as time set aside to explore different needs members wish to have set aside for them during the agenda. Every meeting the facilitator navigates the meeting to make sure that the needs of the members are addressed. Many times ideas are created at the meetings that will need to be further developed with your peers and facilitator in between meetings.


Shared Information
In addition to the meetings there is a great deal of information that is shared at the Group dinners as well. This unstructured time can be a great source of additional networking for our members.

Additionally, a private web forum is provided for online sharing of information, allowing Group Members to continue sharing information and dialog any time, any day. And more resources than you can imagine, thousands of online browsable, referencable and downloadable items all to help run your business better. And no exaggeration here. For example, more than 10,000 photographs of shops all over the country, categorized into useful genres, such as 'workflow's', 'reception and waiting areas', 'mixed messages', etc.
